Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally eligible to do so.

Nature of Goods

We sell investment-grade precious metals including gold and silver bars. Due to their price volatility and market-linked nature, all sales are final and products are non-returnable, except in the case of shipment damage or incorrect items.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are displayed in AED for UAE customers and in USD for international visitors for convenience. However, all transactions are processed and charged in AED, regardless of the displayed currency. Prices are subject to market fluctuations and may change without prior notice. Pricing is only locked in once payment is successfully completed and verified.

Orders & Payment

Orders may be placed online via our ecommerce platform. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order suspected of fraudulent activity. All transactions are subject to KYC/AML compliance as per UAE laws.

Shipping

We offer secure shipping domestically and internationally (subject to legal limitations). Customers will be notified once their order has been dispatched. Delivery timelines are estimates and delays may occur due to customs or market events.

Refunds & Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for gold or silver bars unless:

The wrong item was delivered
The item is damaged or tampered in transit and reported within 24 hours of receipt

Any refund or exchange request must be accompanied by:

Original receipt
Photos of the product and packaging
A written statement within 24 hours of delivery

We are not responsible for losses incurred due to market value changes after delivery.

Account Creation

You may create an account or check out as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website (texts, logos, images) is the property of Intermat and may not be reused without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, arising from the use of this site or our products.

Legal Compliance

We comply with all applicable regulations including anti-money laundering (AML), know your customer (KYC), and UAE import/export laws. We reserve the right to request identification and reject orders if compliance requirements are not met.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Dubai.
