These terms and conditions constitute the return and refund policy of Intermat General Trading (LLC) on selling its online physical or virtual Gold and Silver Bars.

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not happy or sure about your purchase, we are here to make it right.

Terms and Conditions for return and refund:

1. The customers have 24 hours to check their purchases. 
2. The product could be returned back if there would be any discrepancy in the products with what we have confirmed to be sold, the customer must return them within 72 hours of the purchase as per following terms; and therefore Intermat will refund your money in full without any deduction. 
3. The products must be returned within 72 hours under the following conditions;
1. The condition of the purchase must be the same as it was at the time of purchase
2. It must contain its packing
3. It must not be damaged
4. The customer must present the purchase receipt
4. After five days of the purchase or not fulfilling any of the conditions provided in clause 3, Intermat will not accept any return, and no money will be refunded.
